Philip Jones is an established Family Law practitioner who is a current member of Rowchester Chambers, Birmingham and regularly takes instructions on family private law and public law proceedings both in the North West and the Midlands.
Philip Jones is based in Cheshire and makes regular appearances in Courts throughout the North West and the Midlands.
The nature of Philip’s instructions can be no more than straightforward private contact applications or him dealing with complex final hearings, lengthy fact find hearings, dealing with allegations of physical or sexual harm, parent alienation or coercive behaviour.
