Child Arrangement Order
Such as order determines where a child with live with an who the child will spend time with.
Specific Issue Order
Such an order may determine a specific question which may arise in connection with the welfare of a child or an aspect of parental responsibility.
Prohibited Steps Order
This is an order which can stop one parent from acting in such a way which may not be in the child’s best interests or the welfare.
Removal from jurisdiction
An order requiring the Court to return a “missing” child back to the jurisdiction.
