Fees
North West Family Law Barrister
FEES
Representation and assistance in family law matters can be expensive. By using a Direct Access Barrister, you can reduce these costs and also give you control over your case.
So that I can decide whether I will be in a position to help you, I offer my clients an initial free telephone consultation.
As you have the responsibility for the management of your case, this means that you are not paying a solicitor to do the things that you can do in any event.
This may include receiving and replying to emails, letter and telephone calls, the day to day arrangements for your case, submitting documents or putting together papers in readiness for a court hearing.
I only will do the work that is agreed with you beforehand. You decide what help you would need and when, and you only pay for the work that you wish, instruct or have instructed me to do beforehand.
The level of fees will depend on the complexity of your case and the amount of legal assistance that you required.
An estimation of costs will be given to you once I have spoken to you and looked at any documents that you have.
When I have a clear picture then I will provide you with a quote.
No costs are incurred until fees have been agreed. All fees are paid before any work is done.
